It all started with this boy, PJ. I was going through some significant health and life challenges when his mom invited me to come stay with him while she and his dad were out of town. She thought a change of scenery might help, and she couldn’t have been more right. That simple gesture ended up changing the course of my life. Since then, I’ve had the joy of spending time with so many wonderful pets. They’ve brought comfort, laughter, and healing into my world—each one leaving a paw print on my heart.
